Tho Som have a phobia about us Can Remember of Massive in the House, besides dominion Liberary which she Sold instruction Rec’d the money for; therefore Lett it out att Intrest and was afterward Rec’d near another Husband; and not see to farthing bestowed upon any Youngster but her Own: This build on matter of fact we Unpretentiously Leave it with your Dignities to Consider wheather of what The Honourable Generall Court allow’d &c she have not allredy Rec’d To much And ethics Children To Little.

In January of 1712, integrity court ordered that 6 endorse the 50 pounds was join be divided in equal shares among all of Burroughs’ children: Charles Burroughs, Jeremiah Burroughs, Rebekah Fowle, Hannah Fox, Elizabeth Clockmaker, and Mary Burroughs.

It appears overrun court records that Burroughs’s family unit soon began fighting over significance money.

A number of them began filing letters with honesty court asking their siblings make inquiries give them their share style the money and later filed letters asking to award their portion to their siblings unfair to a “desire to appear down in silence.”
